Belinda Crichlow was born and raised in the Caribbean twin islands of Trinidad and Tobago.  She currently lives in Brooklyn, NY.  She started her career in corporate America and then moved into healthcare and then out of healthcare to live life on her terms. 

She graduated from Medgar Evers College with a BS in Environmental Science and a minor Computer Science.  She got her Masters Degree in Human Resources Management at University of Phoenix.  She has introduced technology curriculums at schools — adults to children.

Belinda always had a love for creating and would buy books and self-study technology applications.  She appreciated traditional art and felt drawn to digital art when she started creating flyers is PowerPoint. She moved on to learning graphic design and then digital art.  She immersed herself in the Creative Cloud stratosphere and emerged as a graphic artist

Throughout it all there was always the love for graphic art which can now be shared through her site OrangeIkon.  She loves orange and bright colors.
